At EverydayFix UK, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are generally 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on the product, supplier, destination and courier.

Some products may be shipped separately if your order contains items supplied from different locations. You may therefore receive more than one delivery for the same order.

Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, EverydayFix UK currently focuses on deliveries within the United Kingdom.
